Water Billing & Tax Collection

     The Water Billing & Tax Customer Service Representives is responsible for a host of services. These include distributing and collecting funds from water bills; distributing and collecting funds for property taxes; and business licenses. The department is dedicated to providing you with prompt and courteous service.

Rates and Fees

To activate your water, you must bring your driver’s license, social security card, a rent receipt/ lease agreement (if renting), and a $75 deposit. Payments are due by the 15th of every month. Other fees that may apply include a $25 late fee and a $35 return check fee. Water services will be reinstated or activated within 24 hours of payment or initial signup. Water will be cut on between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm only.
