Hamlet citizens enjoy ideal weather, which prevails year-round as Hamlet recreational opportunities offer a varied spectrum of activities. Our Parks and Recreational Department offers structured seasonal sports programs where people of all ages and interests are certain to find enjoyable pursuits. Facilities include lighted tennis courts and soccer fields, gymnasium and playgrounds.

Hamlet's History of Athletes

Hamlet has had eight of our young men who played in our recreational league to go on and play professional baseball and football. They include:
